Dr. Clinton Timmerman

A Warm Welcome!

I am Dr. Clinton Timmerman, and I recently acquired Snohomish Smiles Dental. I look forward to serving our patients in both our Marysville and Snohomish offices as we become further involved in the community. 

I want to introduce myself and provide a bit of my background and some of the services we offer at the office, which now goes by Blu Dental & Wellness.

Personal Background

I grew up in Kirkland, Washington, and now live in Snohomish. Before moving back to the Evergreen State, I had the privilege of residing in diverse locations, such as Utah, the Czech Republic, Washington, DC, New York City, Upstate New York, Iowa, and Colorado. I completed my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry in 2007 and have been practicing since.

A Lifelong Commitment to Learning

I am dedicated to enhancing my skills as a dentist and learning about the latest dental technology. I have completed almost 2000 hours of continuing education and my masters in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2019.

Holistic Care at Blu Dental & Wellness

In addition to general dentistry, our office offers comprehensive care such as:

• Invisalign and other types of orthodontics
• Sleep apnea therapy, such as mandibular advancement appliances
•  Implant-supported bridges and dentures
• Botox and facial esthetics
• IV infusion therapy
• New smiles with veneers or whitening

Passions Beyond Dentistry

My passions are travel, history, geography, vexillology, and anything that falls under the heading of Social Studies. Lending my support to Seattle sports teams is a regular pastime, and I yearn for the return of the Seattle Supersonics. I also enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and anything outdoors.

Global Outreach Initiatives

I am devoted to the field of dentistry and have a desire to be actively engaged in a good cause. Next year, I plan to take my project of teaching 3-D printing for dentures to the next level in Tanzania, where I have spent much time providing oral health care since 2003.

Dr Kevin Suh

Dentist

Dr. Kevin Suh is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident with their smiles. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, he has been caring for families in Washington for several years. He enjoys creating a welcoming environment where patients feel like part of the family. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Suh loves spending time with his loved ones and relaxing on the golf course.

Front Office Assistant

Melynda is a Front Office Dental Assistant from enchanting Vernal, Utah. With a passion for patient care and a strong background in dental administration, she specializes in guiding patients through their treatment plans and helping them navigate the financial side of their dental care. Whether it’s explaining procedures, coordinating insurance, or creating flexible payment options, she's here to make sure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their dental journey. She loves being part of a team that’s committed to creating healthy, happy smiles!

Alex Rhodes

Front Office Coordinator

With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge in patient care, organization, and communication to her role in dentistry. As our Front Office Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and stress-free experience for every patient—from scheduling and navigating insurance to answering questions and ensuring visits run smoothly. Alex truly enjoys building relationships and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the very first phone call to the moment they walk out the door

Angie brings her infectious laughter and warmth to our office, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our patients. She helps patients understand their treatment and the value of our services. 

Nicole

Dental Hygienist

Since 2012, Nicole has been dedicated to helping patients feel at ease while achieving their best oral health. As a gentle and compassionate dental hygienist, she believes in building real connections with her patients by taking the time to listen, educate, and create a comfortable, trusting environment. Nicole treats every patient like family, and she’s passionate about making dental visits a positive experience.

Outside of the office, Nicole is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two young sons. As a family, they love enjoying everything the PNW has to offer, going on weekend getaways, and creating lasting memories. 

Emily

Dental Hygienist

Emily has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 2013, bringing over a decade of experience and a gentle touch to every patient she sees. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles, and she takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients.

Outside the office, Emily is a proud mom of two and enjoys spending time with her husband and family. They are busying exploring the outdoors and cheering on their kids sporting activities.

Julie

Dental Assistant

Julie has been a dental assistant since 2009 and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported during their visits. She enjoys being part of a collaborative team that's focused creating a positive experience for every patient.

Outside of the office, she enjoys life with her two sons, fiancé, and energetic labradoodle. In her free time, she loves camping, traveling, watching baseball, and spending time outdoors.

Lily

Dental Assistant

Following in her mother's footsteps, Lily wanted to pursue a career in dentistry her whole life! She was fortunate enough to start her career as a chair-side assistant right out of high school, working alongside her mother and being trained by one of Seattle's best dentists. Her favorite part about dentistry is educating patients and helping her community. Lily's free time is spent with her two horses, trail riding at the tree farm or enjoying the great outdoors with her dog and partner Taylor.

Paris, the city of ❤️. 

Been in dental for 20+ years. Love spending time with my family and friends. For a hobbie, I own AudiLove cosmetics specializing in lip products that are vegan friendly and Europe regulated. In dental, I love creating a special bond with my patients while creating a fun filled atmosphere with my coworkers. 

Kristyn

Dental Assistant

Kristyn has been a dental assistant for 15 years. She loves connecting with patients and learning new things in the dental field. She also has an affinity for camping, fishing, riding ATV's and being with her kids.

Kelly Tipple

Registered Dental Assistant & Phlebotomist

Kelly is a multi-talented professional responsible for IV infusion therapy, dental assisting, and Reiki massage. She received her education and training from the Northwest Phlebotomy School, Green Healing Arts Center, and Global Soul Yoga School.

Kelly is passionate about working with people and is dedicated to improving their health and quality of life. One of her favorite aspects of her job is the ability to be face-to-face with the community and provide personal assistance that can positively impact people's lives.

Kelly joined the dental field because she saw an opportunity to bring comprehensive services to a dental office. She believes many people dread going to the dentist and wanted to be part of a practice that offers treatments that are also part of overall care and wellness.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with friends and family, trail running, hiking, attending local community fairs, and traveling. She is also a 'goat whisperer,' as she has a farm with chickens and goats. A fun fact about Kelly that many people may not know is that she can do splits.
